Our Philosophy:
We believe that Success in any career field takes hard work, commitment and working with the right people to build the foundation of success.  The talent industry is no different.  The main difference is that parents and aspiring talent do not truly understand how to succeed in the entertainment business.

We do offer partial scholarships to those who apply and who are invited.  To date, we have awarded over $100,000 scholarships to attend our program at Universal Studios.  Talent must complete a 200-word essay to be considered for financial scholarship support.

About the Talent Camp program:
Our program builds on the foundation that with training and proper planning, one can achieve great success in not only teaching life skills, but also in the performing arts.  Talent and their parents will receive the amazing opportunity to Learn, Meet and Work with top industry agents and casting directors in an uplifting, non-competitive environment.  The workshops and seminars range from all aspects of understand the business side of the industry including interview and casting techniques, contracts and protecting your child or teen. The talent will develop the tools needed to succeed in this industry by doing interactive acting workshops, shooting a screen test, headshot and on location photo shoot. By using our training manual, talent along with their parent will start the process of building an ACTION PLAN, which will outline specific goals and timeframes.

At the end of the weekend, each talent and their parent will meet and be evaluated by their instructors.  Then, once the Talent Camp is over, we will continue for the next year to monitor and provide guidance to the family using the tools we created at Camp at no additional cost to the family.  To date, we have had over 500 families attend our program over the last four (4) years.

Some of our Success Stories:
Some of our top discoveries include megastar actress Amber Heard (North County, Pineapple Express, The Stepfather).  Amber at age 23 has just completed her 26th project opposite Johnny Depp in the 2010 feature film "The Rum Diary."  Our other discoveries include model Shelby Keeton (Abercrombie, American Eagle, Hollister and Urban Outfitters) and Justice models Angelica Rodriguez and Jacqueline Lefever.
